birthday/holiday reminder Component, module.......

I'm seeking for a birthday/holiday reminder Component, module, or plugin for my site. The main function is that any user can add (At least 5) name+birthday/holiday/anniversary date(s) of his friends\relatives and site will automatically remind him about this date, sometime in advance. Any suggestions ? Couldn't find anything

The email needs to be customizable, please. Willing to pay for this.
