Joomla Extension as a Registered User CB Plugin

I've got a Joomla extension that deels with appointment booking. It has an advanced front end that I'd like user to have their own individual version of.
Is it possible to have an instance of this extension made available for each registered user? In essence, I'm guessing that this will be a lot like a CB plugin/add on.

This is more of a question for the developers of this extension and not a CB presales question. CB cannot magically turn a single user component into a multi-user one.
