How does CB handle group creation?

I am trying to get Community Builder to integrate with Hikashop's "add user group after purchase" feature. When posted on the hikashop site they provided this reply:

If Community Builder creates the new Group in the Joomla table, yes "user group after purchase" will work with this extension.

Does Community Builder create the new group in the Joomla table?

Nope - CB does not create or delete any Joomla ACL groups - no reason or need to.
