Sending message based on user location event!

Hello,
I'm involved in a project for realizing a web site which needs a way to send notifications based on location, see this image: yfrog.com/16qx1p
I'd like to know if your extension has the capability to do that; I mean to send a notification if a user belonging to a zip code or an area has submitted a report. I lack the time to browse all of the features.

Repeating here the answer I gave you on your same exact post contact ticket:

The radius part would need some other plugin we do not have.

You might be able to use our GroupJive solution and create a group for each zipcode.
Then people in the group can be notified when a new post is made in the group.

Other thank this there is nothing else I can suggest.
