Sef urls?

Hi,
Im trying the free version, i want to know if its possible to change urls of members list and the individual members pages to sef urls, i usually use sh404sef on my sites.

instead of link being like www.domain.com/View-user-profile.html?user=43 be something like domain.com/name_of_user or /users/name_of_user.html

and put something else instead of /View-users-list.html
