ajax file plugin - user can upload his own files?

Hi,
maybe a really basic pre sale question but in the feature list it is not clearly stated.

I need a website where each user can upload at least one pdf, and the same user should not be able to modify/delete other users' file.

Also files should be visible to everyone in frontend (files are hotels price lists)

Can Cb+Ajax file field suit my needs?

Yes you can do this with CB and the Ajax file field plugin.
