Is Coolness template width flexible?

Currently the width size (if i am correct)is 965px.

Is this template able to adjust like the Joomla backend administration which is extended throughout the browser?

Yes, it can be set to fixed width and variable width.

Hi, I have another question. I am planning to buy and use coolness template on my Joomla 3 website but no CB yet. If i decide later to purchase CB would that mean my existing users/members would require another registration on the CB module? Or would they automatically have accounts (am not sure if they call it 'single sign-on' thing) too?
