Is it possible, that all users, who are registered within CB are automatically added as Virtuemart sellers?
I mean - can they then upload product photos and add product information and buyers can send direct messages to sellers. Paying through PayPal or credit card is optional.

You should be able to use CB Auto Actions to create such an action.
CB Auto Actions is available to Professional members.
