I have made several attempts with different credit cards, but the processing is not going through. Is there someone I can call, or some other way to make payment?

Hi and thanks for posting - we do not refuse credit card payments, your bank does.

Suggest you call up your credit card help desk number (typically there is such a number on your cc) and ask them what the issue is.
