Hey,

I was wondering which plug-in to use if I would like the users of my site to be able to display their own products, and then be able to sell those products through the site?

No shop in shop feature like ebay that I am aware of - sorry.

You could use delimiter field to allow users to add paypal pay them button to their profiles and perhaps also an editor field/tab to allow them to freestyle list their offerings, but not sure that is what you are after.
