individual forum and blog within groups

i wish to build a community with a general public forum and blog but also a private forum and blog within each indivudual group. Is this possible with community builder?

Are there addons that would allow me to do the following:
download all groupd members
email all members
download a full list of delegates for an event

CB, CB GroupJive and Kunena can do this.

With GroupJive you can configure things to send private messages (uddeIM needed) or emails to groupjive group members.
