Custom Group managing

Hi,
I need to let the user create groups with a limited number of members and I need to apply some conditions to the people the user can let in the group (for exemple: the group has to be made of 4 people total and it has to have one person that has been registered for 3 months, one for 2 months, on for...) Is it possible to do this with in-built CB feature or would I have to modify the code?
