Photo and community stream

Hello Guys,
I bought jomsocial and found tons of limitation.. my request is fairly simple.. i need social feature:

1. Photo Upload:
- member can upload photos
- photo categorized as album
- get tagged
- give comment
- every upload are assign into activity stream

2. Activity Stream
- Member can update/share their status
- Member can tag/mention a friend, and this friend will get notification of being tagged

3. User Point
- There's UserPoint for various need (karma, levelling, etc)

For no.1 & 2, Is it achievable out of the box with Community Builder ?

1. CB Profile Gallery allows users to upload pictures - but no album functionality or tagging or commenting on pictures. Uploaded items are pushed to CB activity stream.

2. CB Activity stream can be configured (with Auto Actions plugin) to monitor a specific CB field (status field). No tagging exists.

3. No user point functionality - maybe alpha user points can be used here.
