question about cbsubs licensing

I have a professional membership to community builder. Can you tell me if there is a discount to cbsubs offered to people holding a lower membership (such as professional) ? The developer membership is more than I need for my non-profit website and the full cost of the plugin + professional membership is cost prohibitive.
