Answering here your exact same contact form and private message.
The CB Rating plugin has nothing to do with the profile rating used by the profile book plugin.
After you install and publish the CB Rating plugin, you can create one (or more) CB rating fields (from your CB Field manager).
You can place such a field in and CB tab you want (or in the user stats tab if you want).
Once you have done this you can then test the rating field - make sure you are not in fact using the rating that the CB profile book has.
If you still have issues post back her with screenshots of your configuration and results.
