k2 items instead joomla articles

CB 1.9.1 supports just articles from Joomla. In the new release will support also k2 items for the user page?

The CB Articles plugin available to Professional members can be configured to pick-up K2 content instead of Joomla article content.

This commercial add-on will be replacing the existing built-in functionality in CB 2.0.

First one: If i install the CB 2 RC, my existing data of tables will be lost?
Second one: If i need custom modifications on CB is there the possibility the Community Builder Team to make them?Of course with additional payment.

1 - no all existing CB 1.9.1 data will be kept and used in CB 2.0.

2 - Depending on exact need you can use the CB Auto Actions plugin (available to Professional members) to create as many email or private message actions as you need.
