Hi,
I would like to know if I can play through the following activities with incubator.
Upon registration, I would put all my users in suspended mode until a moderator will not be valid unless all those who have indicated a specific city in the registration form.
After beings recorded only those with a specific city should be enabled automatically and should receive an e-mail has been activated .
All others must wait for the moderator to manually enable their registration

Is it possible ?
