Can a user access an area where there are many free downloads and download only one? The next time will not be able to download other content and can't enter in this area "download"?
Can receive the file to download via email?

I am not aware of any download extension that can do this.

With CBSubs you can attach a file to an email that is sent to a user when a purchase is made.
