CBSubs GPL can be used if you are dealing with paid subscriptions.

The CBSubs product (without GPL) was an old 2+ years ago proprietary product that would limit usage (per user count and per site install). With CBSubs GPL there are no limits.
You can use what you download on all your websites with millions of users.
