Cannot display Vietnamese character when comment at Manage Connections

Hi Supporters,

I installed CB and everything works smoothly except that I cannot give comments in Vietnamese when manage connections. After typing, I clicked "save" then the characters changed. It seems that the system does not support unicode fonts. Please tell me if this problems can be solved? Can you help me to solve?

I already translated the language into Vietnamese and things goes well.

I am going to subscribe for a paid membership but am still hesitating because of that problem.

Hi supporters,

More details to make it clear as you may not familiar to Vietnamese characters.

When I type: "Tốt" and click "save", it becomes "T?t"
When I type: "Thường" then save, it becomes "Th??ng"
When I type: "Không tốt" then save, it becomes "Không t?t"
...
The later characters cannot be read.
