Control CB prfile apearence

First of all, please to excuse my bad english...

I'am not sure to understand... in CB Subs' features, we can read that :
"Control profile content appearance via owner and subscriber plan"
Does that mean CB users profils content can change depending users renewed them subsription ? I tried to make that kind of stuff.

CBSubs has a CB Fields/Tabs protection integration plugin that lets you configure any CB Field or CB Tab and require a subscription in order for field or tab to be viewable on someones profile. You can also specify a subscription needed for others in order to view a tab/field on other profiles.
