Upgrading CB Conditional, CB Auto Actions, CB Profile Notifier plugins

If I upgrade my membership to get access to the latest versions of the CB Conditional, CB Auto Actions, and CB Profile Notifier plugins, can I upgrade the existing versions of these plugins "in-place"?

In other words, will the work I've already done in the old plugins remain available after I reinstall them? Or will I need to re-do all of my work after I reinstall the plugins?

I upgraded from CB 1.9.1 to CB 2.0.11, and now these plugins don't work anymore. I can see them in the plugin list, but there is an exclamation point saying they're not compatible (and they may work, but they don't work anymore).

Yes you can just upgrade to CB 2.0.11 and then install over new versions of any plugins you have - all your plugin and CB settings will be kept.
