Hello, I have my CBsubs migrate to version 4, I would like to know which composant download manager can be used?

There is no more built-in Docman integration.
You can just use any download component that supports Joomla ACL group permissions.

And just use the CBSubs feature to bump subscribers to appropriate group to be able to get download access.
