Is there any option within CB Paid Subscriptions to have 'team subscriptions'?

Where one person from an organization purchases a subscription and then can share it (in some way) with other users (within their organization)?

No, you can kind of get a family plan like usage implemented but it's a bit of a headache to configure. See the below tutorial for further details.

The other option is to give them a coupon to give to another user (probably easiest).
