do we have a possibility to send Mails (internal and also external like GMX) to member groups?

If by member groups you mean Joomla ACL groups, then yes - you can filter and send mass emails in CB User Management page.

Next question, I saw we can install uddeIM to have a messagner, what is the difference between CB User Management function to uddeIM?

But we can not send eMails to a member group into the users mailbox lie GMX?

The mass mailer function in CB > User Management is just like Joomlas mass mailer, but lets you mass mail against your filtered list of users. It's mainly for management purposes. I've no idea what your intended use is for it.

UddeIM is a private message system and is entirely used on frontend for sending private messages to users.

I have no idea what GMX so I don't know what to tell you beyond give everything a try on our demo site below.
