Dynamic Database was created by nancimemory
My Alumni Membership site needs a Dynamic Database for members, veterans, and a memorial.
Is a dynamic database part of the core platform? If so, can members make entries from the front end?

Important, this is a presale question.

Thank you!

CB is free. What product specifically are you asking about? Yes, users can edit their profiles, register, login, etc.. from frontend. Check out this and all our products on our demo site below.

Joomla and CB have always been dynamic databases with various amounts of static and dynamic SQL. You are unlikely to find any static databases still in use today beyond proprietary usages where the data structure can be guaranteed and known. SQL however can be static or dynamic and basically just means are there variables being used in the SQL statement or not (if yes, then dynamic and if no then static).
