RS Forms would need to have an integration for CB to render CB fields or pull their values into the form. You'd need to ask RS Forms about this. CB Code Field just takes your supplied PHP and displays it as a field on a users profile so it's not likely to help in this regard. If RS Forms supports Joomla content prepare then you could substitute in the fields using the below substitution usage and CBs CB Content Bot plugin.
