User Count

Greetings Technical Wizards,

I was looking at the pricing, and noticed that the User Count is used to determine the pricing level for the new Community Builder Subscriptions.

Users who are either not enabled, because;

(1) they either didn't complete the registration process, or;

(2) have been left in the users table, but disabled because the administrator doesn't want this user to have a future registration or access (either a spammer, bad guy, etc)

Will the user count be used for all users, or only active users?

user count means all rows in your CMS user table.

During our Pricing formulation task we had factored in that some entries in the user table are in fact not active users.
