1) I log in with my name and password
2) support>forums>recents topics
3) click on favorite video tab
4) click reply
(strange: now comes here the answer, that I can't answer, earlier it cames after writing a text and then clicking on submit)

Please try again and confirm if issue still present. You're a professional subscriber trying to access advanced forums. You SHOULD have access, but we forgot to add a few URLs to the professional plan. Please let us know if you have any further problems!
