How I make that?

I am trying with only the official cb addons (without gj 2.1) -> register works well
I am enabling cbgroupjiv 2.1 -> register fails.

cb configuration anti-spoofing is "no" (doesn't matter yes)

problem continues:
In one window I was logged in, in the other I enabled cb_Groupjive. After I had no possibility to logout!
Only after disabling cbgroupjive plugin. it was possible to logout!

GJ has nothing to do with login or registration. Nor does it have any sort of session usage anywhere within it. Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting within Joomla global configuration and test again. See Help Us Help You FAQ at the below URL for proper debug steps.

Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting within Joomla global configuration and test again.

Excuse me, I get a blank page when I do that. And sometimes a window with this informations(see image)

(In j16 register works fine.)
