Hi,
how can that be: I am a professional and advanced member.
When I write a new topic in groupjive, I think this should also be visible in professional and or advanced members support. But there's nothing.

Sorry I do not understand what you are asking.

It seems you are asking that if you post to a forum category A you want the same post to appear under forum category B?

If so this is not doable - there is no cross-posting in GroupJive and this would create chaos for moderators also.

Sorry, I thought: there are different levels: That means first level is professional support, second level is advanced support, last level is normal. And this is in all themes: groupjive, community builder etc. isn't it like that?

I posted in groupjive and thought it will also be in professional support because I am a member of professional support.

The CB Team monitors forum posts in this order:

+ first professional category posts (whatever the topic)
+ then advanced category posts (whatever the topic)
+ then if and when time permits rest of forum areas.

Of course community members are welcomed and encouraged to help each other.
