I have Russian language installed. But it is far from professional one. I need to uninstall it. But when I select it in plugin management there is a popup window asking me to specify item to delete. Another words, it cannot be uinstalled or unpublished.
I use CB 1.4+ J1.6.2.
Any action from the menu above (publish unpublish edit and delete) does not work if applied to a selected item!! Only direct action works properly (if I press on the name of the item and then edit it - publish, unpublish and so on). But language cannot be unpublished or deleted since selection does not work and there is no option to delete from menu inside the item.

Joomla 1.6.2 has broken many third party extensions.
My personal opinion is if you are using any third party extension stay away from Joomla 1.6.
