GroupJives can't Publish?

Dear CB community,
I've recently installed GroupJives 2.2 on Joomla 1.6.2 and CB 1.4. Unfortunately I'm unable to click on the Publish Icon in the CB Plugin Manager. I've tried to change the publish status of the GroupJive plugins by clicking on each installed plugin, but when I go to save, I get an error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is my second day using Joomla, so I don't really know it too well. Any help would be appreciated.

Joomla 1.6.2 has broken many third party extensions and I believe a Joomla 1.6.3 is being prepared as we speak.
