IS CB the right solution?

Currently I'm building forms via tabs and fields - is there a better way? I'm really trying to build an online platform for user feedback and discussion and would like users to be able to submit multiple reviews.

Is CB the right platform for something like this? I want to build an online community of like-minded people that can submit feedback forms that would be searchable by members and non-members depending on if form owner selected it to be shared or not.

CB is not really a review extension.
I believe that the JED has such extensions that can be used and also have CB integrations (to gather reviews made on reviewer's CB profile).
