I recently made a minor update to one of our cbsubs gateways. After that update, I've been unable to access the edit function for that gateway. When I select it and select edit, all I get is a blank page.
The other gateways continually to be normally accessible to the edit function.
We have activity on this gateway, otherwise I'd delete it. I'm assuming that something is corrupt, but how to I get to it to check it?
What happened is that we moved our environment to a dedicated MVS server. What we should have done was to have cleared the path names to the certificate files associated with PayPal. But we didn't. So when we tried to open the PayPal gateway on the new server after port, it couldn't resolve to the path names, and wouldn't allow us to open the gateway up for editing to fix it.
My developers found a way to access the record, and set dummies in the path variable locations until we complete a full resolution. But the bottom line is that if the path target for the PayPal configuration is missing, it locks up.
