Are certain tabs restricted from this feature? I am not seeing my plans in the "A. Tab availability by Owner's Subscriptions" window.

Please check that all your plans have an Alias specified. Without an alias you will not be able to see your plans in this list. Additionally only published plans can be used.

yes they both have aliases and are published. Still not showing up in tabs. Any other thoughts?

Please check that the plans are of at least Public or something of the sort usergroup on the Access tab. If issue persists please PM backend login credentials so can take a look.
