Manual Welcome Email

We are converting all of our members over to CB as we speak. I used CBJuice to import the users, however, I did not have them receive a welcome email at the time. Is it possible to manually send them the welcome email now that I am ready?

Guess you can use CB Mass Email (from CB User Manager).

Will that allow me to send passwords as well as usernames to each member?

Usernames yes - passwords are hashed in database.
