Cbpaidsubsbot error

Cbpaidsubsbot error was created by apdt

I could install cbsubspaidbot succesfully but when I went to the list of plugins, it's not published and there's an error. How to check what's causing the error? I tried to delete and install again but still the same error.

You need to publish/enable this plugin from the Joomla Plugin Management area.
