creating a.pem file was created by Thelowlandpiper

I am trying to follow the instructions in the CBSubs manual to create SSL keys and certificates; I have [eventually] managed to get cmd.exe to reproduce the same processes as are illustrated in the CBSubs manual pp 155-156; however, I have no idea where the resulting files are; in fact, a full hard drive search produce no results; what am I missing?

It should be saved in the same folder you executed the command from.
