[SOLVED] English Plugin for cbsubs translation not working

My apologizes had provided the CB link. The below is to known CBSubs language projects.

The easiest is to take an existing plugin and translate it from there. It works more or less the same way CB plugins do.

Ok, I did what you said. I translated the english plugin. Now if I set the backend language of a user to English, I get his/her page in Portuguese. But what about the users that are going to register? For those everything is still in English. How do I solve that?

The language plugin used is based off the default language you've selected for your site OR of the language selected by the individual user.

Please attach your language plugin (English translated) and language plugin used in your Joomla install and will attempt to provide you an installable version of the CB language plugin as Portuguese.

That is all I can get from the documentation, and what I have been doing since the begining. I have the same problem. Does not work when everything is set to Brazilian Portuguese.
