I set content protection by menu item and when I test by clicking on the menu, it displays warning message followed by "You can access this ___ with following ___ plans:" but there is no plan displayed after that. Just blank.
Also the page title is "Memberships" instead of whatever page title for the menu item they are trying to access (e.g. "Add Directory Listing", etc) . I would expect to see the correct title/heading with appropriate warning or error message.

Please check that the plan you're using to protect the menu link allows registrations and allows upgrades as well as allows new subscriptions. If still not displaying please check that you've selected its access as public frontend.

They will not see the destinations page title, CBSubs intercepts and redirects away from it.

Upgrades and Registration registration can be a bit confusing, but to put it simple "Upgrades" means existing users have access to the plan. "Registration" means new users have access to the plan. This is to be better clarified with next release.
