When a user is blocked, he can't access/login to the frontend at all, right? What limitation is imposed when someone is disapproved (after previously approved), i.e he's enabled but disapproved?
Disapproval is just a state specific to CB. Blocked simply blocks a user from logging into the system, which is Joomlas usage. A user that is not approved is pending while also blocked. This means they'll show in the moderator module to approve or disapprove the user. If disapproved they no longer show in the module. Purely a management state more or less.
