No, CB Conditional does not dynamically hide tabs.

Please please please when you say something is not working. PLEASE tell us WHAT is not working. This is beyond not helpful when you're wanting us to provide you with support. We need information to understand what exactly is happening. What field isn't working, what's the condition, are you using latest release, etc.. those are some questions you must answer for us.
