I think I have a config element wrong somewhere because when I am in the admin panel in Joomla, I do not have permission to make changes in Joomla as a Super User, BUT if I sign in as Administrator, I am unable to work within CB
Super User should have unrestricted access. Due to a bug Administrators (anyone but Super User) can't edit users within CBs User Management. This has been fixed already however for next release. You can review J1.6 related bugs and their proposed fixes on our forge below.
