Predefined Fields switching themselves off

Hi,

PHP 5.2.14
CB 1.4
CB Subs 1.2
Joomla 1.5.23

In CB Subs, when I go to configuration / registration, and change the Pending Approval Email text, three predefined fields in Field Management, unpublished themselves. They are firstname, middlename and lastname.

I started this process on the earlier version of CB Subs where I experienced the same issue. Having upgraded the issue is still there.

Am I doing something wrong?

CBSubs has nothing to do with name fields. firstname, middlename, and lastname fields will disable themselves if you've CB configured to use the name field. Please see CB configuration on the General tab followed by the parameter "Name Style". That parameter alone determines what name fields are available.
