I installed cb Rating Field addon
I made access = Public but only loggedin users can rate
how can I make rating available to all website visitors (non logged, non registered)
Please edit your "Stars - Your Rating" type field and ensure "Allow Annonymous Ratings:" is set to "Yes". This will allow non-logged in users to vote.

the only options I have under the configuraion section are:Number of Units: Rating Fraction:
That is the "Stars - My Rating" you need to edit or create a field of type "Stars - Your Rating".
