[SOLVED] Unable to download CBSubs or instructions

I'm having problems downloading the CBSubs file. It's downloading at very slow speeds 5-6KB/sec. I don't have any download managers on and I've tried in chrome and firefox. I'm able to download from other sites at normal speeds. It seems to be interrupted when it gets to 1.5MB.

Any suggestions?

edit: Tried it from a different computer on a different network and it had the same speed issue and was interrupted before it completed.

I remotely accessed a PC in the UK and downloaded it without issue.
Topic can be closed now.

Can you please Private Message me (click on my picture then on "Message" "Send Private Message") your IP address whatismyipaddress.com/ as well as a traceroute to our site ?

For the traceroute result, please type command in your terminal / cmd app:

traceroute www.joomlapolis.com

and private-message me the result ?
