You don't have permission to access /administrator

Hello Joomapolis.


I have just purcahsed and installed CBsubs on a live website.

It all looks to be installed correctly but when I try to save a plan I get the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.
Apache/2.2.0 (TPP) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.12 with Suhosin-Patch Server at www.societybuyer.com.au Port 80

This is typically due to security or permissions issues. Please contact your host and see if they've mod_security rules causing errors at the time of the forbidden access. You can review the below threads regarding similar issues.

I went back to my host and they modified the mod_security rules (it took them a while to work it out).

Now I can create a 'merchandise' plan but not a user subscription plan.

When creating a user subscription plan I get the same error.

Same situation, it's probably a mod_security error. Please contact your host for them to review their logs and make exceptions where necessary.
