All Professional members can post their issues on this forum and get same/next business day response on their posts.
If you need private ticketing you need to be a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum member (each level gets different number of private tickets).
To upgrade your Premier Professional membership (which is the default level), just visit your Membership tab in your profile and select the Change Support Level button to reveal the extra membership levels for Professional membership.
Once you have upgraded your membership you can use the Open Ticket menu item in the Support menu above.
