After uploading Comprofiler, I can see all the menu tabs, But after closing the CB ite does not show up in component.

Please provide exact Joomla version and exact CB version. I believe this was a bug introduced with 1.6.4 or 1.6.5 as we had fixed this in 1.6.3 with CB 1.4.
